Σκοπός του επιμορφωτικού προγράμματος είναι να παρουσιαστούν οι βασικές επαγγελματικές λειτουργίες που επιτελεί ο τεχνίτης μοτοσυκλετών μοτοποδηλάτων.
Το πρόγραμμα υλοποιείται με τη μέθοδο της εξ αποστάσεως ασύγχρονης τηλεκπαίδευσης, είναι διάρκειας 400 ωρών και δεν απαιτείται η παρουσία των εκπαιδευόμενων σε δια ζώσης συναντήσεις.
